Binding methods for pregnant mothers according to FZTB© – good support for pregnant mothers
The growing belly, the strain on the back, the abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor can cause considerable discomfort towards the end of pregnancy. The FZTB© pregnancy bindings can counteract these unpleasant side effects of pregnancy. The tied sling can relieve the abdomen, support the abdominal and back muscles and thus also relieve the pelvic floor.
Together we will work out the 6 different ways of tying, each of which has a different effect. Each pregnant woman then chooses the binding method that suits her best. A detailed handout is included in the price. Sometimes a very long sling is required. This can be borrowed during the workshop and beyond.
Another small but nice plus: when the baby is born, the sling already smells like mom and the wearer is already used to handling the sling.
The workshop is especially suitable for pregnant mothers with:
- Large or heavy belly (multiples)
- Back pain in the upper, middle, and/or lower back.
- Severe discomfort due to loosening of the symphysis and/or the sacroiliac joint
- A highly mobile pelvis
- An unstable pelvic floor
- Rectus diastasis after previous pregnancy

Dunstan Baby Language workshop – from birth to about 4 months
From birth, all newborn babies use five specific sounds to signal their basic needs: Hunger, tiredness, tummy ache, need to burp and discomfort. These sounds or “words” are based on the baby's physical reflexes and are a universal language of all newborns worldwide, regardless of mother tongue, nationality or culture. At around 4-5 months, these reflexes integrate and the sounds disappear. This is a good time to start with the first baby signs.
In the Dunstan baby language workshop, parents learn how these sounds sound. This enables you to respond specifically to your child's needs and breastfeed them effectively. This means less stress and tears and more sleep. An ideal start to a happy baby and parenthood.

The workshop teaches the basics of baby sign language as well as the most important signs for everyday life. The simple hand signals of baby sign language serve as a bridge for your child to express what they see, think or want more easily until they can understand spoken language. Sign language is easy to learn, lots of fun and enables you to actively communicate with your child.
There are also lots of tips and play ideas to implement with your child. The workshop is suitable for parents, grandparents and professionals and lasts approx. 2.5 hours. Children are very welcome.
